Returns

At By Haleys, each wall mural is put into production based on your unique specifications, with measurements and design choices tailored precisely to your space. This bespoke customization ensures a one-of-a-kind addition to your interior, designed and printed just for you.

As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any of our mural orders. We encourage you to carefully measure your wall space and review your design selections before placing an order. Damages and issues
If your mural arrives with a fault or damage incurred during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess and, where applicable, provide a resolution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
