FAQ

Customisation and Ordering

Can I order a custom-size wallpaper mural?

Yes, every mural is made to measure. On your chosen design, simply click Customize & Buy where you can enter your wall dimensions and use our cropping tool to choose the perfect section of the artwork for your space.

What happens if my wall is bigger than your artwork?

Our murals are designed super-panoramic, but for very large walls we can extend or repeat parts of the artwork to cover the space seamlessly. Contact us if you need planning support.

Do you offer bespoke designs?

Yes, we take on custom commissions for special projects. Share your brief and we’ll advise on feasibility, costs and lead times.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes, we offer A3 samples of all designs, printed on your chosen substrate, so you can see the colours and finish before ordering a full mural.

Installation

How do I install a mural?

All our murals come in numbered panels for easy installation, using standard paste-the-wall wallpaper techniques. We include a clear installation guide with every order.

Do I need a professional to install my mural?

Many customers successfully install murals themselves using the included guide. However, for large walls or textured surfaces, we recommend hiring a professional decorator for the best results

Can I use your murals on ceilings?

Yes, ceilings look incredible with murals. For overhead installation, we strongly recommend professional installation.

Issues and Support

My order/samples have not arrived within the advised time frame.

Please contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the printer or courier service.

My box/wallpaper is damaged

While we are not responsible for damage caused in transit, we will support you in resolving any delivery issues. Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt, providing photographs so we can raise this with the courier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

My mural doesn’t fit the wall properly

This is usually caused by measurement inaccuracies or uneven walls. Here’s what to do:
- Check your measurements against your order confirmation.
- Ensure the recommended 10 cm extra allowance was included for trimming.
- Look for wall irregularities (slopes, dips, out-of-plumb corners) these can affect fit.
If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us with photos and measurements. We’ll review the situation and advise on solutions.

My grasscloth mural has bumps or texture variations. Is this normal?

Yes, grasscloth is a natural woven material, and bumps, knots, visible seams, slight panel variation and surface irregularities are expected characteristics of the product. They are not considered faults.
If you are unsure whether what you see is natural variation or a manufacturing issue, please send photos and we’ll happily advise.

The colours look different from what I expected

If you feel the colour significantly differs from the sample you received or image on screen, please contact us and we will assess the issue.
